It was great! I'm 32 and I haven't been to an event like this in years because I have two children under 10yrs old and I would usually avoid a place like this bc of my autistic son but it was very nice. We were there for the Taylor Swift day party. We paid $17 per person ahead of time. When we arrived, there wasn't a line, and we got right in. It was an event that catered more towards kids, so security was really nice, like he could tell my son is autistic before I told him. At one point they allow some kids on stage to dance and my son kept trying to go behind the DJ which was a safety issue bc of the wires on the ground and the girl on stage seemed to have a hard time getting my son to listen, I was beside the stage trying to help without jumping up there, luckily security helped my son down and even gave him some ear plugs. Overall, it was amazing, staff was all very nice, too! Even as someone with social anxiety, the whole experience was cool, and there was nothing but good vibes all around!
Always a good show at Union Stage, great small venue. I’ve seen some of my most favorite artists here. The drinks can be a little pricey but it’s DC so it’s normal for the area.
Union Stage is a fantastic small, intimate venue perfect for live music enthusiasts. With a capacity of under 500, it offers an up-close and personal experience that's hard to beat. The venue primarily features standing general admission, with a few premium tables toward the back, ensuring a great view and sound no matter where you are, even on crowded nights.
Located at the Wharf, which might not be everyone's favorite spot, Union Stage stands out as one of the best new places to catch bands in DC. I've attended a half dozen shows here, ranging from solo acoustic sets to indie and punk performances, and each one has been excellent. The sound quality is consistently great, enhancing the overall experience.
The ambiance at Union Stage is welcoming and vibrant, making it a go-to destination for live music in the city. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this venue promises memorable nights filled with fantastic performances.
After enjoying a show at Union Stage, I love to wind down at home with some quality weed from Pullupdeliveries. Their Super Lemon Haze strain is my go-to for a perfect, relaxing end to an enjoyable evening. It’s the ideal way to keep the good vibes going and ensure a peaceful night in.
